How to request a refund

Step by step

  1. Go to My Account → Refunds and choose Request a refund.
  2. Select the order and item, and pick a reason (not received, damaged, not as described).
  3. Add details and photos, then submit.
  4. Track the status of your request in the Refunds section.

How long do refunds take?
The vendor reviews first. Once approved, the refund returns to your original payment method within a few business days.

You can escalate to a dispute, and support will step in to help resolve it fairly.
