How to report a delivery problem

Step by step

  1. Open the affected order under My Account → Orders.
  2. Choose Report an issue on the item.
  3. Describe the problem and add photos if you can.
  4. This opens a case the vendor and support can review.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as a refund?
Reporting an issue flags the problem; you can also open a refund request, which handles the money side.
