How to confirm delivery

Confirming delivery releases the vendor’s earnings for that order, so please confirm as soon as your item arrives in good condition.
Step by step
- Open the order under My Account → Orders.
- For the item you received, click Confirm delivery.
- If you don’t confirm, orders auto-confirm after the review window closes.

Contact support quickly. If there’s a problem with the item, you can still open a refund request.
