Step by step
- Pending — payment started but not yet confirmed by the gateway.
- Paid — payment confirmed; the order moves to the vendor for processing.
- Failed — the payment didn’t go through; you can safely try again.
- Refunded — money has been returned to your payment method.
Frequently asked questions
I was charged but the order says pending.
Confirmation can lag briefly. If it doesn’t update within a short while, contact support with your reference.
